Yes it is safe, lots of people are using it. That warning has to be there by law, big pharma have made it so that people have to buy medication through them, and their stuff is all synthetic. No one here is offering you medical advice. You have to research these things yourself, everyone is responsible for their own decisions, no one else can make them for you.
I don't know what chemicals they use to make the synthetic stuff, but I do know that it isn't supposed to be effective. Natural is always best, but I realise this is probably not an option for you.
I've tried, unsuccessfully thus far to treat my hypothyroidism on my own, and wound up needing, tho not following thru, to be hospitalized and ended up back on my meds. I feel 100% better, but would MUCH rather be treating it naturally (but without animal products). Unfortunately, I live in one of the most backwards ass places in the entire united states (midwest, Illinois to be exact) and cannot find a naturalist Doctor without his or her head up their respective asses. I've watched countless videos, read numerous articles, only to be worse for the wear. My only hope is that some day...probably when I move back to (more progressive) Colorado...but that's three years away, so synthetic hormones it is...I can only hope I don't cause irreparable damage in the mean time. :(

It says for research only!! So.... is it safe to use or would I be part of an experiment if I use the hypothyroid "Thyroid S" product?

ReplyDeleteWhere do you buy it from?
ReplyDeletemy adam's apple is very thin.
ReplyDeleteAs a vegetarian, it is important for me to know, is this on synthetic medication made from the thyroid glands of animals, as is synthroid?
